   Luria Bertani (LB)(1 Litre)

Chemical	Quantity
Peptone	10 gm
Sodium Chloride	10 gm
Yeast extract	5 gm

LB broth:  The chemicals given in the table dissolve in 900 ml of water, set the pH to 7, makeup the volume upto 1litre and autoclaved it

LB Agar: 15g of Bacteriological agar add into 900 ml of water, makeup the volume upto 1litre and then autoclaved it.
